It might be a problem with the new release. It is hard to say. Have you searched Sunsolve? I never mirrored my drives with jumpstart. I use this,

I'm having trouble jumpstarting the v445 with solaris9 HW. When the v445 is creating the software mirrors it seems to hang. I'm very sure that the profile that I'm using for the disk layout works, I used it on hundreds of v240's and v440's. A profile without mirroring works great... Since you are farmiliar with this on a v445, any chance you can help me out?

No problem cliff, I wrote the story before I came across your site. I figured it might be beneficial for users looking to make a jumpstart server from Solaris OS ISOs.

Since you sent me a trackback, I was wondering if you might be so kind as to include a link to my story in your post. I don't mind accepting trackbacks, but I usually request a link in exchange. Thanks - Cliff
